In order to verify your customers, all customers documents need to upload the documents to the system.
Rules:

Only the following doc formats are accepted - JPG, JPEG, PNG & PDF

The file name must be in the following format
file[n], you are not allowed to name files however you like. -
File size must not exceed 5MB.

Within a 30 day period, a maximum of 10 individual files can be uploaded against a customer
