Fin.com maintains two separate USD balances. You must specify which balance youβre funding when submitting your prefunding request.USD LOCAL
For local-currency payouts (BDT, PKR, INR, etc.)
USD SWIFT
For USD SWIFT payouts only
Prefunding Process
1. Send Your Funds
- USDC (Stablecoin)
- USD (Fiat)
Transfer USDC on Polygon to the designated wallet address provided by your account manager.
2. Submit Prefunding Request
Email paymentops@fin.com with the following subject line format:- USDC (Stablecoin)

3. Receive Confirmation

Important Considerations
- All balances are denominated in USD
- Ensure sufficient balance in the correct ledger (LOCAL vs SWIFT) before initiating payouts
- Funds are non-refundable: Once credited to your balance, funds can only be withdrawn through payouts. To retrieve funds, create a payout to your own beneficiary account
- Missing or incomplete information will delay processing
- Contact your account manager for any questions or issues
