Required Documents
You must collect two types of documents from each individual customer:
1. Proof of Identity (Choose ONE)

Verification Process
After submitting all required information and documents, the customer will go through the following verification stages:

| REVIEWING | All documents received and under review by compliance team |
| APPROVED | Verification complete, customer can begin transactions |
| ON HOLD | Additional information or documents needed (you’ll be contacted) |
| REJECTED | Verification failed (specific reasons will be provided) |
What Happens After Approval?
Once a customer is approved, they can:
- Create beneficiaries (people or businesses they want to send money to)
- Request for virtual accounts
- Initiate cross-border payments and payouts
