Required Documents

You must collect two types of documents from each individual customer:

1. Proof of Identity (Choose ONE)

Verification Process

After submitting all required information and documents, the customer will go through the following verification stages:

What Happens After Approval?

Once a customer is approved, they can:
  • Create beneficiaries (people or businesses they want to send money to)
  • Request for virtual accounts
  • Initiate cross-border payments and payouts
