Core Requirements
To meet the basic setup level, we need the following information:DAO Details
- Entity Name: The official name of your organization.
- Principal Operating Address: If your DAO doesn’t have a physical office, please provide a proof of address for the DAO’s verified control person.
- EIN/TIN: Your tax identification number (or the non-US equivalent).
- Authorized Managers: A list of managers or individuals with the legal authority to bind the DAO and carry out its instructions.
If a manager is an entity rather than an individual, that entity must also complete our Business KYB requirements.
Manager Documentation
- Standard KYC: Basic identity verification for all listed managers.
- Proof of Authority: Corporate or contractual documents showing that the manager has been granted the power to act on behalf of the DAO.
Enhanced Requirements
If you need to move larger amounts, we’ll also need these additional items:DAO Details
- Formation Documents: A copy of your filed and stamped official formation paperwork.
- Online Presence: Your official website or other DAO-controlled internet sites.

- Enhanced KYC: More detailed identity and background verification for the DAO managers.
